Creative Ways to Use EmployPrep


EmployPrep is the only white-label candidate preparation software for the staffing and recruitment industry.  High profile and fast-growing recruitment and staffing companies use EmployPrep to market their staffing service to talented candidates.  Below are some of the creative ways our staffing partners have successfully used their Gateway to prepare their candidates and build their brand.


Prior to submission.  Have a good candidate with a weak resume?  When you provide your candidates suggestions on how they can improve their resume, offer EmployPrep as an additional resource tool.  Help them create a stand out resume and save your own time.

Before a send out.  Offer your gateway to your candidates prior to sending them out to interview.  Successful recruiting is an art of limiting the number of things that can go wrong, so take steps to ensure they represent you well.

After bypassing a candidate.  A great way to minimize the potential negative impact when bypassing a candidate.  When you offer EmployPrep along with feedback and coaching to a candidate that you have bypassed, you demonstrate your genuine and sincere concern for their career and build a solid foundation for referrals.

After a Send Out.  Collect your client’s feedback after an interview to determine why your candidate was bypassed.  If part of the reason was due to a weak interview, then offer this resource as part of your coaching to improve their skills.

In the office reception or waiting room.  Leave printed copies in the waiting room for Candidates to read while they wait.

Company newsletter.  Mention your EmployPrep in your company newsletter to reinforce your commitment to your candidate's careers and keep you top of mind.  Your resource centre will demonstrate your innovation in seeking out new technologies to support your candidate.

Company website.  Advertise your resource centre on your company website to establish your employment expertise.  Show prospective candidates and clients the value-added resources you offer.
